The grilled hormone cooked on a shichirin was fragrant and very satisfying. There is a wide variety of cuts, and the selection of red meat dishes is enjoyable. The raw senmai has a pleasant texture, is free of any odor, and is easy to eat. The kokoro is refreshing, and the minosando is juicy, pairing perfectly with rice. The thick salted tongue, akasen, liver, and hachinosu each have their own unique characteristics and are enjoyable to savor. The seating has enough space between tables to feel relaxed, and there are tatami rooms that are convenient to use.
