This kappo restaurant is a hideaway near Utsubo Park. The restaurant has only counter seating, creating a calm and relaxing modern Japanese atmosphere. The cuisine is prepared in a course format using seasonal ingredients, and the menu seems to change with the seasons. You can feel the attention to detail not only in the food, but also in the tableware. I enjoyed dinner while savoring the food and sipping the carefully selected sake.
