I visited a tranquil tea spot quietly nestled in a residential area. Upon removing my shoes at the entrance and changing into slippers, I was welcomed by a calm space filled with the warmth of wood. In the front area, a variety of teas and miscellaneous goods from across the country were displayed, making it enjoyable just to look at them. Once seated, the staff informed me about the seasonal deep-steamed tea, and I was able to slowly savor a cold cup. The seasonal wagashi served alongside the tea was delicate and paired perfectly with the strong-flavored tea leaves. By the time I finished drinking, I was filled with excitement as I held a stamp card collecting stamps from different tea-producing regions, ready to choose my next cup.
