The warm interior of the shop, with its tiled walls and vintage-style furniture, is lovely. As soon as you enter, the glass case displays vacuum-packed and container-filled side dishes that are exciting to see. The pâté de campagne has a subtle aroma, allowing the rich flavor of the meat and the coarse texture to shine through, making it the best. The confit of gizzards has a pleasant aroma of garlic and whole peppercorns, and while it has a nice chewiness, it can be easily bitten through. There are also pickles, terrines, and rillettes, which are perfect for enjoying with wine at home. The use of spices is very skillful, enhancing the aroma while properly bringing out the flavors of the ingredients.
