As I entered the restaurant at the ski resort, I felt a lively atmosphere and was immediately excited. While waiting a bit after receiving my ticket, the aroma of freshly fried food filled the air, whetting my appetite. The sauce katsu don had a crispy coating, and the sweetness of the pork paired perfectly with the sauce. The mini tonkotsu ramen that came with it was also rich in flavor, making the combination with the rice bowl enjoyable. There was a wide variety of other menu items like katsu curry and miso tempura don, and each one was very satisfying. The staff's prompt service was pleasant, and I felt a sense of satisfaction that blew away the fatigue from skiing.
