This is a restaurant with surprisingly solid dishes that you wouldn't expect to find at a roadside station. My favorite is the chicken nanban, where the juicy chicken and exquisite tartar sauce melt in your mouth. The shiitake nanban is thick and sweet, and it pairs perfectly with the sweet vinegar, which was a delightful surprise. The tantan udon features thin, slippery noodles that are well-coated in a creamy soup, and with plenty of green onions, it never gets boring until the end. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere and a moderate level of cleanliness, allowing you to enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace. Every menu item is carefully prepared, and I feel it's worth stopping by if you come to Miyazaki.
