Fermented Gourmet Course 6,000 yen (tax included) All-you-can-drink beer too! We have a popular fermentation menu at Kitahama Fermentery. We have a full range of popular fermented menu items. Eat, taste and be energetic. Also on the all-you-can-drink menu KEG server (fresh pressed sake) is also available! Enjoy drinking with your friends on the terrace during this season. All-you-can-drink course! (⚠️ This plan does not guarantee a seat on the terrace.) Seating time: 120 minutes (90 minutes for all-you-can-drink)
You can enjoy freshly squeezed sake like you would at a sake brewery. There are very few places that have it, and we currently offer 6 varieties.
