The aroma of the chicken rice rises gently, and the umami spreads from the first bite. The rice served in the wooden box is soaked in a sweet and savory sauce, perfectly complementing the tender chicken. The Hinai chicken salt ramen has a clear broth that is refreshing yet rich in flavor. Topped with wheat gluten and chicken chashu, it offers a comforting taste when enjoyed with the gentle broth. Adding a bit of the aromatic oil from the table enhances the flavor even more, and I couldn't help but drink it all up. The thin noodles and extremely fine udon have a great texture, making it a place where both ramen and udon lovers can be satisfied.
