This is a small Western-style pastry shop where you can relax in the highland air. The showcase is filled with elaborate French pastries like savarin and sesame cheesecake, which is exciting to see. The savarin is soaked in plenty of rum syrup, and when you take a fork to it, a sweet aroma spreads out, which is simply the best. The sesame cheesecake has a toasty flavor and is not overly sweet, pairing perfectly with the richness of the cream cheese. The robust hot coffee is said to be brewed with alpine spring water, and its deep flavor goes well with the cake. Enjoying authentic sweets and drinks while gazing at the magnificent mountain range through the window was truly a luxurious experience.
