BISTRO DE Also Nori Rice omelet with beef tongue stew A restaurant with an overflowing menu full of attractive dishes is truly urban living comfort food. When the chef reads out the name of the dish in a loud voice, it is a signal that it is ready. The omelette rice, which dominates your sight the moment it arrives, is a delight, with its flavorful demi-glace sauce, tender beef tongue stewed to an astonishing degree, and chicken rice wrapped in a tender, thick egg. Delicious. However, I was bothered by the lack of buttery aroma. Is it because my nose doesn't work, or are they using margarine? If so, it is quite nonsense.

Delicious.
