The counter seats and raised area are well-equipped, and the old-fashioned calm atmosphere is pleasant. You can also request the chef's choice, and the sushi is visually appealing, showcasing the care put into it. The medium fatty tuna has the perfect balance of fat and rice temperature, melting in your mouth. The white fish is delicate, the squid has a sweet, creamy flavor, and the sea urchin is smooth with no unpleasant smell, making it the best. The aroma of the nori in the thin rolls is prominent, and the tuna and cucumber rolls have a great texture, allowing you to enjoy the way they are cut. For lunch, the homemade set meals and sashimi platters are fresh, and you can be satisfied with the miso soup and appetizers as well.
