We believe that the true splendor of Italian cuisine is to offer a variety of dishes that express local Omi ingredients to the maximum = Shiga Prefecture, Omi's climate and the excellence of the people who produce the ingredients. From appetizers to main courses and desserts, Shiga has a wonderful variety of ingredients that can be expressed as an Italian course meal! We want our customers to enjoy it and rediscover the wonderfulness of Omi! I also hope that they will enjoy the ristorante-like creativity and fantasy of the dishes, and if possible, also feel the wonderful Italian wine food culture and Italian sensibilities with a wine course selected by the owner, Takaoka = a sommelier certified by the Italian Sommelier Association!
