A restaurant with a nostalgic atmosphere that transcends time

Le Bandai is a quiet restaurant located within a hotel adjacent to a ski resort, offering a blend of Japanese and Western cuisine. The decor, reminiscent of the bubble era, provides a sense of nostalgia and tranquility to its visitors. The menu features a diverse lineup of dishes that incorporate elements of both Japanese and Western cooking, with each dish crafted with care. The breakfast selection, in particular, is appealing due to its variety, allowing guests to enjoy high-quality flavors in every dish.

You can see the mountain scenery from the window, allowing you to enjoy your meal in peace. The interior has a chic color scheme that is calming and has a nostalgic atmosphere. The course that blends Japanese and Western styles is carefully prepared, with the grilled scallops and freshly fried tempura being particularly impressive. The sashimi and the small pot dish resembling sukiyaki are well-balanced, and you can be satisfied with the yuba rice and clear soup as well. In the morning, you can choose from Japanese or Western dishes, or a buffet, and the doneness of the salmon and the flavor of the wild grape juice were excellent. The staff's service was also proper, and the bar near the entrance seemed to have a nice atmosphere.
