Specialty Store for Silky Soft Pure Fresh Bread

The 'Pure Fresh Bread,' supervised by a Japanese culinary artisan, boasts a fine texture that produces almost no crumbs when cut, along with a silky, fluffy, and chewy mouthfeel. Its subtly spreading refined sweetness makes it irresistibly delicious even when enjoyed plain. In addition to the classic plain variety, a range of unique breads such as red bean and mille-feuille are available, which also stand out in aroma when toasted or made into French toast.

The store is neat and lined with freshly baked bread. The bread is supervised by a Japanese cuisine craftsman, and it has a gentle sweetness and a pleasant honey aroma. It is moist, soft, and elastic, and it is delightful that it hardly crumbles even when cut. It is delicious both as is and toasted, and you can eat it easily without any spread. Since it does not contain eggs, everyone can enjoy it with peace of mind. It is also recommended to let it sit for a while and make French toast, as it offers a different deliciousness.
