A rich soup made with flavorful broth and carefully selected miso, blended with paste-like sesame, simmered with Hokkaido beef offal and vegetables to create an exquisite hot pot full of umami.
A unique dish featuring a motsunabe with a sesame miso base, topped with condiments, sautéed ground chicken, and split natto. The combination of the tantan-style soup and natto is exceptional, and once you try it, you won't forget it.
