The interior of the restaurant is eco-conscious, creating a calm atmosphere. There are plenty of tables and seating, and even a small private room, making it very convenient. The specialty dish, motsunabe (beef tripe hot pot), has a rich broth, and the texture of the tripe is pleasantly chewy. You can enjoy it all the way to the finishing rice porridge, which provides a sense of satisfaction. The grilled tripe over charcoal, chicken wasabi, and seared mutton are also light and delicious. The effort of the staff is evident, and I was able to spend my time in a good mood.
