C'était vraiment délicieux ! Il y avait une richesse de différentes épices, c'était un goût que je voulais manger encore et encore. Les légumes d'accompagnement allaient bien avec le curry, et j'ai pensé que je voudrais les reproduire dans mon propre curry. Ma sœur y travaille à temps partiel. J'ai toujours voulu venir, mais c'était loin et je n'ai pas pu venir souvent. Je suis content d'avoir enfin pu venir. J'ai entendu que vous le faites tout seul, et je vous ai soutenu en pensant que c'était impressionnant. Quand votre santé sera stabilisée, veuillez rouvrir votre restaurant. J'aimerais revenir manger !

A few years ago, one day, I found red shiso SODA (red shiso squash) on the menu. Red shiso soda at a curry shop? I thought so, but I decided to try it out of curiosity... The vibrant color, refreshing aroma, pleasant carbonation, and rich flavor. And somehow nostalgic... It quickly awakened distant memories. As a new employee during the scorching summer, I was treated every day at a client’s place to my grandmother's special red shiso juice. The flower language of red shiso is "revitalization of strength." It is said to be rich in vitamin C and citric acid, preventing summer fatigue... For me, it was a sweet and sour drink that somehow made me feel relaxed when I drank it. Over 30 years have passed since then. The reason I can still work energetically today is thanks to that now-deceased person who lovingly cared for me like a son, despite my immaturity and shortcomings... Ephemeral nostalgia. Today, I also reminisced about that summer and gratefully enjoyed it. I am thankful for the connection that led me to this shop and for Yuki-san, who always provides blissful moments. Thank you for the meal.

I had the curry with rice and serious chai. The moment the curry arrived, I was filled with anticipation for its beautiful presentation and aroma. The rapeseed flower keema curry is mild, with a gentle fragrance and taste that evokes the season. The side dishes are very colorful, and eating them together with the curry adds a delightful texture. The chicken curry has just the right amount of spiciness. The bone-in chicken drumsticks are tender enough to fall apart with a spoon, and the balance of tomato acidity, chicken, and spices is exquisite. One bite fills my mouth with happiness. This is my favorite chicken curry of all the ones I have eaten so far. And another thing I want to order is the serious chai. The chai here is richer and more exquisite than any other place! I genuinely wish people all over the world could drink it. The owner is not only dedicated to pursuing deliciousness but is also knowledgeable about the effects of spices and ingredients, constantly considering what combinations are suitable for the season and beneficial for the body while engaging with the dishes. Eating the curry and chai here revitalizes both the mind and body; it’s a wonderful place run by a fantastic owner. I will continue to visit as long as time permits. Thank you for the delicious food. It was a feast.

Aujourd'hui, j'ai encore eu le plaisir de déguster un délicieux curry. Mon corps est tout chaud. Pour vous donner un peu de contexte, ma première visite a eu lieu à un moment où mon travail était particulièrement difficile, lorsque la continuité d'un grand projet semblait incertaine. Pour me réconforter, j'ai décidé de découvrir le curry de sa part. Ma prochaine visite a eu lieu après une interview, lorsque le projet a commencé à se redresser. Et aujourd'hui, alors que le projet reprend son cours de manière satisfaisante, j'ai pu en profiter à nouveau. D'une manière ou d'une autre, cela semblait être lié, mais j'ai été très soutenu sur les plans alimentaire, physique et mental. Je vous remercie vraiment. Pour tout le bonheur que vous avez apporté à tant de gens, prenez d'abord le temps de vous reposer et de vous ressourcer. Et que la prochaine étape soit encore meilleure.

I visited on a weekday, which is rare, but it was very busy. The store was almost entirely filled with female customers, so even if you're alone, you can feel at ease. The atmosphere of the shop is also part of the flavor. The curry is not just about appearance; the chicken curry is definitely spicy and consistently delicious, while the seasonal maintenance curry has no spiciness and allows you to adjust the flavor with spices yourself, which is very thoughtful.
