The grilled eel, steamed and then roasted to a fragrant finish, is fluffy and has a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The sauce is not too heavy, and the balance of richness and smokiness is excellent, making it enjoyable to eat until the very end. The lacquered dish is beautiful, and the interior of the restaurant has an elegant atmosphere. The liver in the liver soup is plump and full of flavor, which is very satisfying. When the eel rice is served, the dedication of the craftsman is clearly conveyed. The pickles and fruits are also delicious, ensuring satisfaction even after the meal.
