Fukuoka's Popular Canulé Specialty Shop Comes to Osaka Mr. Rasul opened on March 4 at Hanshin Department Store It is a popular canele specialty store in Fukuoka! I immediately went to the Hanshin Department Store to check it out.... There was no line... I thought everyone would be crazy about something new like this... lol! The location is right behind Morozoff's. The canelees are lined up in a row, so it's eye-catching! Flavors are Vanilla Rum Tochiotome Earl Grey Chiran Tea Lemon Orange Chocolate Espresso Was it? I bought 4 kinds of them. I'm glad you put them in the box! I purchased Vanilla Normal version without rum. I thought the outside might be a skinny type. I thought it would be a bit crunchy on the outside, but it was surprisingly light and crispy. I was more surprised at how moist and chewy the inside was! The texture is different from any other canele I've ever had. You can also see the vanilla bingsu! Chiran Tea The canele is upside down and has matcha powder on top! The inside is also slightly matcha-colored. Is the flavor a little weak? I wish it would be more assertive. Orange The outside of this one has a firm crunchy texture. There is a little bit of orange jam on the top. The orange flavor is a little weak. Tochiotome Baked to a golden brown, with strawberry flavor on top. It has a nice strawberry aroma. The price is between 250 and 300 yen. I feel it is a little expensive. The size is a little larger than a regular canele, so it is very satisfying! The moist and chewy texture is very delicious! They last for a few days and can be kept at room temperature, so I think they would make good souvenirs. I hope the staffs work well together! Good luck! They sell gelato, and I hear it's delicious! I'll try to buy some next time!
