A luxurious pudding a la mode featuring a whole melon with a refined sweetness and rich aroma, made with 'Ranou' eggs, our pride at BOOCHiC, and Earl Grey cream using tea leaves from Ashiya Uf-fu, along with melon jelly, lemon white chocolate mousse, and coconut milk ice cream, all generously using half a melon.
This mille-feuille is made with layers of melon custard cream, chantilly, Earl Grey cream using tea leaves from Ashiya Uf-fu, and lemon white chocolate mousse, all between crispy, thinly baked pastry. Enjoy it with coconut sauce.
Using high-quality pistachio paste from the Italian company BABBI, it is baked creamy with rich yet refreshing cream cheese and butter. Please enjoy it with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream.
