A Corner Yakitori Shop Featuring Fragrant Skewers and Famous Chicken Paitan Ramen

The skewers, carefully grilled over charcoal, are aromatic and tantalizing, ranging from negima and gizzards to crispy chicken skin. Creative skewers and a mixed potato salad are also popular, with each dish being irresistibly delicious. For a satisfying finish, rich chicken paitan ramen and grilled rice ball chazuke await, ensuring a high level of satisfaction until the very end. This casual yet meticulously crafted establishment is beloved by locals.

The savory aroma of skewered dishes spreads, and with each bite, I feel happiness. In particular, the crispy chicken skin bursts with umami the more you chew. The potato salad, finished with a mix, is creamy and fun with the addition of soft-boiled eggs. There are plenty of unique options like tsukune wrapped in green peppers and eggplant with melted cheese, so it never gets boring. The chicken paitan ramen I chose to finish is rich yet has a refreshing aftertaste, and I couldn't help but drink the soup. The balance between the skewers and sides is excellent, making it a perfect place to share with everyone.
