The appetizers are very satisfying, and the seasonal ingredients are used well, which is exciting. The omelette hayashi has a moderate acidity and a rich flavor with melting eggs, making you smile involuntarily. The lamb and summer vegetable pasta with tomato sauce combines eggplant and zucchini with black olives, creating a fragrant dish. The pasta is cooked just right, enhancing the flavor of the coarsely ground lamb, which is very satisfying. The dessert tiramisu has a gentle cocoa aroma that spreads, with a moderate sweetness and a pleasant aftertaste. The coffee is delicious, and the water has a faint hint of lemon, with beautiful glasses, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
