The shrimp in the shrimp fried rice is deep-fried, crispy, and fragrant, with a delightful texture that is plump. The fried rice is centered around eggs and green onions, with a well-balanced salty flavor enhanced by chicken broth, providing a soft mouthfeel while the rice easily breaks apart. The accompanying soup has a rich chicken oil flavor but is low in salt, making it easy to drink. The spring rolls are served hot and fresh, with a crispy skin. The soy sauce ramen is light and easy to eat. The crispy fried noodles are coated in a thick soy sauce-based sauce, and are filled with plenty of seafood, pork, and vegetables, providing a satisfying experience.
