In a quiet shop located deep in an alley, the warmth of the old house is comforting. The wooden interior and the gently flowing music, along with the DJ booth and records in the back, enhance the atmosphere. The daily set meal comes with rice and miso soup, accompanied by several side dishes, making it well-balanced. The chicken minced meat hamburger pairs perfectly with the creamy grated sauce, making it light and easy to eat. The side dishes include 'yam and squid shishito pepper in soy sauce butter', 'pumpkin and hijiki seaweed stewed with curry flavor', and 'spicy stir-fried thick fried tofu with small dried fish and takana', each offering a different and enjoyable taste. The ten-grain rice, cabbage rolls, and homemade tartar sauce for the fried chicken are all crafted with care, satisfying both the stomach and the heart until the very end.
