In the traditional atmosphere of the Shiraho village, it is pleasant to have a calm meal. The homemade Yaeyama soba is made with care for old methods, and the texture of the noodles is delightful, with a refreshing finish. The soup has a gentle mouthfeel, with layers of umami that spread out, leaving a strong aftertaste. There are also noodles mixed with Euglena, which have a beautiful jade color and are visually enjoyable. The small dishes, home-style side dishes, and desserts are all carefully prepared, and the sweet potato shaved ice had a mild sweetness that I really liked. The interior is spacious and clean, allowing you to relax after taking off your shoes, and the staff kindly explains everything, making for a pleasant experience.
