Japonais Restaurant Ichi

Japanisches Restaurant Ichi offers an intimate, minimalist Japanese setting with traditional touches such as removing shoes and gathering around a central table. The kitchen serves a changing multi-course omakase that highlights a range of meats, vegetables, and seasonal dishes, with only a small emphasis on raw fish. A fixed lunch menu and vegetarian options are also available. Sake plays a central role, with thoughtful pairings enhancing the overall dining experience.
