At this directly operated meat burger cafe, you can really feel the commitment to the meat. The aroma of grilling whets your appetite, and the flavor expands from the very first bite. The hamburger has a strong taste of wagyu, yet it is not too heavy, allowing you to enjoy it until the last bite. The lettuce, tomato, and sliced onion are crisp, and the way the cheese melts is exquisite. The chicken cartilage ajillo has a delightful crunch, complemented by the tender meat surrounding it. The assorted meats are all delicious in their own right, bringing a sense of happiness.
