The nostalgic atmosphere is pleasant, and you feel at ease the moment you step in. The specialty miso katsu has a crispy coating, the meat is moist, and the sweet miso sauce pairs perfectly. Since it is fried in lard, the light texture continues until the end. The negi miso katsu is loaded with crunchy green onions, and the aroma is irresistible. The handmade dishes and the pottery in the store catch the eye, giving a sense of Seto's charm. The warm hospitality of the staff also leaves a lasting impression, allowing for a pleasant dining experience.
