It was a shop where you could really tell that they take pride in their work, paying attention to every detail. The eel was cooked to perfection, and the aroma of the charcoal grilling was wonderful. The liver soup, pickles, wasabi, and sansho pepper were all delicious, and even the tea was fragrant and tasty. The dishes were also beautiful and luxurious.
The owner was very friendly and kind, making a great impression. Despite the traffic causing a delay, they greeted us with a smile and did not show any unpleasantness.
I felt it was a great place to visit, and I definitely want to come back again. Thank you for the meal.

As soon as you enter, it's lively and bustling with reserved customers. The aroma of charcoal is fantastic, and the skewers such as chicken thigh, chicken neck, and meatballs are all juicy and satisfying. The chicken breast with yuzu pepper is refreshing, and the white liver has no unpleasant smell and is very easy to eat. The asparagus and rolled omelet are also impressive, and the salad feels very fresh. To finish, you can enjoy chicken white soup ramen and fried rice, with the richness of blended oil and homemade soy sauce being irresistible. You can see the chef's serious grilling over the counter, and the attentive service is pleasant, allowing you to forget the time.
