The old-fashioned atmosphere is pleasant, and you can feel the history from the counter and the large refrigerator. The craftsmen carefully prepare each piece, grating the wasabi fresh each time. The toppings, such as tuna, sweet shrimp, and hand-made salmon roe, are all rich in flavor, making it enjoyable to eat. The balance with the rice is also good, leaving a gentle aftertaste. There is a calm air that has been cherished in this residential area for a long time, allowing for a relaxed experience. The old mechanism that allows you to lick your fingers at the counter is also interesting and makes for a good conversation starter.
