The interior is clean and features an L-shaped counter and a relaxing private room where you can unwind. The sashimi is exceptionally fresh, and the thickly sliced young yellowtail was particularly impressive in its flavor. The appetizer of sanma (mackerel pike) and cucumber in vinegar has a refreshing acidity that makes it easy to eat. The sea urchin is free of any off-flavors and has a melting texture that brings happiness. The chicken thigh cutlet is juicy and pairs well with the rich demi-glace sauce. The fugu (pufferfish) offers a good flow from the skin with ponzu sauce to grilled, hot pot, fried, and finishing with a rice porridge, providing a high level of satisfaction.
