Nihon Ryori Tanimatsu

This is a specialty dish featuring this month’s main ingredient, “eel”! This course features seasonal ingredients. The main ingredient varies depending on the season.

A course centered around “grilled dishes,” prepared right before your eyes using fresh ingredients sourced that very day.

In addition to a selection of grilled dishes, this special course features carefully selected ingredients such as Wagyu beef.

An omakase course that lets you enjoy the seasons starting with the appetizers. We recommend it even for first-time visitors.

This is a daytime drinking course available exclusively from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. *Since our restaurant operates on a two-session system, please be sure to leave by 5:00 PM. *Groups of 5 or more require a private booking; please inquire about our dedicated private booking course.
