We are particular about the vegetables we use, and most of them are local and traditional vegetables from Yamato, Nara Prefecture. A special course featuring all the best of Yamagata beef. Yamagata beef is raised slowly and peacefully in Yamagata, where the temperature varies widely. This special lineup of dishes, which allows you to enjoy the finest parts of the beef, is sure to stimulate all five senses. In particular, the Yui specialty, aged Chateaubriand, which is positioned as the main course, is a tear-jerker with increased flavor in the aging storage facility, where it can be aged for a minimum of 20 days and a maximum of 40 days.
