The creator of horse meat Chateaubriand. The owner was the first in Japan to plan a product featuring horse meat Chateaubriand. Only a small amount can be taken from one horse, and from that tenderloin, only a tiny amount can be extracted as Chateaubriand. It is 'refined red meat for adults.' If the fibers of regular meat are like a typical knit, then those of Chateaubriand are like stockings.
