Poissonnerie restaurant - Poissonnerie du port

Poissonnerie du port combines a fresh fish shop with on-site dining near the harbor. Guests select fish directly from the counter, matured off ice then cooked to order or prepared as gravlax, carpaccio, or tartare. Oysters and shrimp complement the seafood, with wines suggested to match. A quiet garden by the old fortifications completes the experience.
