Gachubento is a popular restaurant known for its salmon bowl, sake bowl, and gyu-sake bowl. The signature natto bowl is highly recommended. The chef's skills are superb, and the salmon is sweet and thick. The dishes are not overly decorated, and the radish sprouts add a nice accent. Overall, it's highly recommended, and they also have a delicious mixed gatsu-don with shrimp. They offer a variety of dishes at different price ranges.
