The seasonal appetizers are prepared with the skill of the chef. The chef selects five kinds of fresh fish for the sashimi, then the takimiawase, a dish of cooked fish in a delicate broth, carefully simmered fish, and a small bowl of cooked food elaborately prepared by the chef. Tempura by a master chef who has trained at a Michelin restaurant, sumptuous earthenware pot rice, and even sweet dishes. This is a carefully selected course where you can feel the chef's attention to detail.

Choose from six options—soft-shelled turtle, Ise lobster, eel, assorted shellfish sashimi, crab (Matsuba crab or hairy crab), and wild abalone—with one selection for 16,000 yen, two selections for 23,000 yen, and three selections for 30,000 yen. We will assess the condition of the ingredients you select on the day of your visit and prepare them using the cooking method that best brings out their unique flavors. We’ll prepare a menu exclusively for you, incorporating sashimi of seasonal fish garnished with sea urchin and other seasonal delicacies.
