When you sit at the counter, you can relax as the kind master asks about your spice preference. The traditional omelette rice has a fluffy thin omelet, and the corn and mushrooms in the ketchup rice provide a nice accent. When paired with a sweet seasoning and pickled shallots or fukujinzuke, the rich umami flavor is further enhanced. The curry udon and curry ramen soup are creamy and spicy, and the noodles are chewy and satisfying. The salad, with cabbage and fruit tomatoes, is refreshing and perfect for cleansing the palate. The service is quick, and even the shrimp tempura is delicious, so you can't help but order a variety of dishes.
