The special dough, made from a combination of domestic and Italian wheat, is baked in a high-temperature wood-fired oven to achieve a crispy outer texture and a chewy inner texture. The restaurant also offers dishes using carefully selected ingredients such as seasonal vegetables from Gunma Prefecture and Sendai beef, as well as drinks and a la carte dishes that make the most of herbs.
