The showcase is lined with colorful cakes and baked goods that make you excited just by looking at them. The moist cupcakes have a soft batter combined with fluffy cream and sweet and sour strawberries, creating a delightful taste. The chestnut dessert prepared as a brûlée features layers of mousse, chestnuts with their skins, and nuts, making it rich yet light to eat. The signature product, 'Moa,' crumbles the moment it enters your mouth, releasing the aroma of white bean paste and liqueur, which was surprising. The pudding is creamy and smooth with a gentle aftertaste, making it easy to eat several. Each dessert is a blend of French techniques and Japanese elements, bringing a smile to my face every time I open the box.
