In a corner of a small hotel located in a place with a good view, the calm atmosphere is pleasant. The classic interior and the soft response of the staff provide a sense of security. It's delightful to see the cooking process right in front of you and to be able to taste the freshly made dishes immediately. The local fresh seafood and homemade flavors are vibrant, and the grilling of the sea bream was very well done. The oysters infused with citrus aroma and a dish of smoked surf clams paired with lemon also left a strong impression. I was able to enjoy the finishing dish of seaweed rice porridge and dessert, leaving me very satisfied.
