I am happy that there are many small dishes to choose from, allowing me to savor a little bit of everything. I especially find the salty mapo tofu, chives and eggs, and fried shumai to be comforting and homely. The grilled mackerel for lunch is plump and can be enjoyed refreshingly with grated daikon and soy sauce. The small dishes of simmered vegetables, thick fried tofu, and kinpira are well-seasoned and satisfying. I love the red miso soup, which is full of seaweed and has a rich umami flavor. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is cozy, and the takeout side dishes are also very delicious.
