Rice omelet with hamburger steak in Dumi-glace sauce European Kitchen Ange Passe in Nakanoyama, Higashi-ku, Niigata City. An authentic Western-style restaurant with a menu that is so appealing that it will make your eyes glaze over. The restaurant's attentive hospitality is thorough, with such requests as no children, groups of up to four people, and a smart accounting system. Beyond these restrictions, however, beautiful European cuisine awaits. There were two choices of omelette: the orthodox type wrapped in rice or the omelette-on type with half-boiled egg. Mmmm! Delicious. The hamburger steak was so juicy and juicy that it made me scream. It goes well with the demi-glace sauce. I want to eat everything on the menu. The customer service is also excellent.
