A hidden gem for yakitori and horse sashimi

Yanagiya Meat Shop is a hidden gem known for its exquisite yakitori and horse sashimi. The meat is sliced fresh upon order, ensuring a consistently fresh taste. Loved by locals, it's also convenient for takeout, making it perfect for those who want to enjoy a leisurely meal at home. The yakitori and hamburgers are equally delicious, making it undoubtedly worth a visit.

I was very satisfied to enjoy yakitori to take home. There are many varieties, and it's fun to choose from options like negima, chicken skin, tsukune, heart, tongue, and gizzard. When you place an order, they grill it on the spot, and by the time you receive it, it's piping hot. The meat is just the right size and easy to eat, and you can feel its tenderness. The tsukune and chicken skin are particularly fragrant and my favorites. The menchi katsu and hamburgers also have a unique flavor that you can only find at a butcher shop, and they can be enjoyed with rice and cabbage.
