This soba restaurant is located in a residential area in a single-family house, and the interior is clean and comfortable. The soba, made in-house, has a wonderful aroma, and the texture of the fine grains and the smoothness going down your throat is delightful. The dipping sauce is refreshing with a light aftertaste, perfectly enhancing the flavor of the soba. The tempura is crispy and light, with shrimp, squid, and maitake mushrooms all being delicious and visually appealing. The handmade ganmodoki and anmitsu also have a gentle taste, providing a sense of satisfaction. There is a parking lot, making it easy to access by car, and the staff's service is pleasant, allowing for a comfortable experience.
