I was guided to the counter and was able to order calmly. The menu is very extensive, with not only udon but also rice bowls and fried chicken sets, making it hard to choose. The soft Chikugo udon has a gentle broth, and adding a little yuzu pepper enhances the aroma significantly. The larger fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, which made me smile. I was happy to be able to take as much as I wanted from the self-service corner with side dishes and pickles, satisfying both my stomach and my heart. I could enjoy my meal while watching the noodle-making area, which made it fun to feel like I was tasting something freshly made.
