The course of Japanese cuisine is substantial, and I feel that a lot of effort has gone into the seasonal small dishes, sashimi, and simmered dishes. The crab rice has a wonderful aroma rising from the steam, and mixing in some mitsuba makes it even more delicious. The seafood hot pot has a clear broth, and pouring that broth over it to make a tea rice style dish is the best. The sweet dessert pudding is topped with yuzu and black beans, offering a refined sweetness. There is a wide variety of sake, and it's enjoyable to choose one that pairs well with the dishes. The service is attentive, and the atmosphere is calm, allowing you to enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace.
