I went to a hidden soba restaurant that only opens on weekends. The special meat soba with a spicy chili oil is rich yet has a refreshing aftertaste, and the firm noodles paired with juicy meat are a perfect match. The sudachi soba, adorned with a bowl full of sudachi, along with myoga and grated daikon, gives a very cool feeling. The grilled mackerel pressed sushi is thick, and with each bite, the umami spreads, bringing happiness. The inari sushi topped with walnuts and sesame seeds on a flipped aburaage is fun in texture and made me smile. Every dish reflects careful craftsmanship and a sense of the seasons, and I think it's a place that soba lovers should definitely try.
