I entered a small shop located on a quiet alley in Motomachi. The wine-red awning matches the cobblestones, and my mood lifts even before entering. The course offers a wide variety from amuse-bouche to dessert, and the care put into each dish is evident. I particularly enjoyed the refreshing combination of the crispy and fluffy bread with the cold tomato mousse. The pan-seared scallops and sea bream were cooked to perfection, allowing the flavors of the ingredients to shine through. I finished off even the small sweets, feeling satisfied until the very end.
