A very economical course using A4 sirloin of "Kurohino Beef". Kurohino Beef: The beef is produced in six prefectures in Kyushu. It is carefully raised in a rich natural environment by skilled technicians over a long period of time. The calves live together with their mothers and are raised on mother's milk. The fine fat that creates a texture that melts on the tongue without being cloying, the rich lean meat, and the abundant flavor are exceptional.

This is exactly a 'Okonomiyaki-style salad'!? The 'Pinzoro Salad' contains pickled ginger, tempura bits, sauce, mayonnaise, and... surprisingly, Baby Star Ramen! The crunchy vegetables combined with the savory tempura bits and crispy Baby Star create a perfect accent with the sauce and mayonnaise, making it a salad that is 'junk food and addictive' in a new sensation! Once you try it, there's no doubt you'll become hooked!
This is the signature dish of Pinzoro! The spicy and delicious flavor of the famous monja with mentaiko, the gooey texture of mochi, crispy Baby Star, juicy pork belly, and rich cheese... all of these can be enjoyed at once in this luxurious dish. When grilled on the teppan, the aroma and flavor meld together, allowing you to enjoy even the crispy bits at the end! Whether you are a first-timer or a repeat customer, this is the pride of Pinzoro's monja that will satisfy everyone.

Black Fire Cow is particularly highly regarded among selected Black Wagyu, characterized by a well-balanced marbling that melts in your mouth the moment you take a bite. The sweetness of the fat and the umami of the meat create a wonderful harmony, allowing you to enjoy a refined flavor.
